Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cam and Cat came to install a tankless hot water heater for us. Great people and even better work. They showed up on time and made the install look easy. I would/will recommend them for any and all of your renovation needs. They have a loyal customer here and will be calling them again for my future needs. Thanks for a beautiful install.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently contacted Plumbing & Heating Heroes to look into a persistent issue with my main floor toilet. Brenden Wilson was the technician dispatched and he did not disappoint. His customer service, technical knowledge and determination to solve the issue that day was amazing.

Special thank you to Brenden for getting me through the holidays with family and friends leak-free. 10/10 recommend the Plumbing & Heating Heroes team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed a simple toilet flange reaplacement. All piping was totally acceasible from below. Over 500.00 for a job i had to explain what was needed.
Then left all the mess of cut off pipe.

Do not hire way overpriced and no expierince

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Plumbing and Heating Heroes in the morning regarding a clogged kitchen sink, and they promptly dispatched Andrew Tennant later that same day. Andrew demonstrated not just professionalism, but also exceptional customer service. He meticulously explained each step of the repair process and maintained transparent communication about the associated costs.

The company's rapid response and Andrew's commitment to resolving the plumbing issue were remarkable. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, we're now fully prepared for the Christmas break with complete confidence in our home's plumbing system.

I wholeheartedly recommend their service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Plumbing & Heating HEROES came to our house the same day we called about a water leak under our tub. They assessed the issue and gave us a good price on the work. They suggested to go with the most likely fix that was low cost and then to keep them posted if any further water leak issues arose, which is deemed to be unlikely. The technician was honest, quick and did a good job.
